The current Central Committee was formed in 2021 and is responsible for establishing the platform for the local party, endorsing libertarian candidates, and promotion of libertarian ideas and philosophy.
The Club is the responsible for expanding the Libertarian Party locally, fundraising to support candidates and local initiatives, and promoting libertarian ideas.
The Missouri Libertarian Party was originally recognized in 1972. The central committee meets monthly and the state party holds an annual convention.
The National Libertarian Party supports local affiliate parties and libertarian candidates. They are also responsible for nominating a libertarian candidate for President.
